Our first step to a successful sale is to meet you. A Listing Team Leader will evaluate your property in person, review your financial statements, and calculate an accurate market value. We will also make any recommendations deemed necessary to the success of your sale.
If you decide to move forward with GPS & T Square at this point, Our Project Management team will be available to provide suggestions or assist with any services required to ensure the property is fully prepared for the photo shoot.
Our photoshoot check list will ensure the property is ready and prepared, but if needed, you may request our staging services or our pre-photography prep crew to ensure it looks its absolute best. The photoshoot will usually take two to three hours, depending on the size of your property.
